Instead of having our normal thursday cinema night we are instead
promoting a screening at the new social centre in hackney. They are
opening to the public for the first time with a potluck dinner and
movie/music. Expect a screening of ‘Trainsquatting’ , an amusing and
uplifting documentary about squatting in Slovenia. There will also
(hopefully) be some feedback from the recent national squatters
meeting in Leeds.

The regular tuesday night open mic night is still happening.
> Update on rampART court progress
No update on this. The court promised to send a form but never did
and now it’s going to be completed and returned rather late. The 20th
of Feb is fast approaching so expect more news soon on whether we get
to have an appeal and when it will be,

The new squatted space is progressing well with a raised bed in the
yard almost ready to plant up, a compost tumbler made and half full
already, a wood burning stove made from a four draw filing cabinet, a
rain water harvesting system just waiting to be plumbed in, a wind
generator and solar panels installed on the roof, cafe and gig space
almost complete and the free shops being stocked up.

Pots and pans for kitchen at new place
Alternator / broken generator for combined heat and power project
Seeds / Top Soil / Compost for raised beds in yard
Shower tray
Somebody with climbing gear to help fit rain water harvesting system.
